Ok well then take Trump at his word. We'll see who is right-you or me.

But thats the point dude....

NOBODY KNOWS WHAT HE IS GOING TO DO.

The leader of the most powerful nation on Earth, with the most advanced military and surveillance structures in play....

AND NOBODY KNOWS WHAT HE IS GOING TO DO.

And you're totes-ok with that? Because....."art of the deal??????

Maybe I can explain it this way....

There are no permanent friends or enemies when it comes to politics.

There are just permanent interests.

When it comes to the permanent interests of a superpower, don't you think it would be good to have some clarity and certainty around what those permanent policy initiatives will look like?

That they aren't seemingly at the whim of somebody who has AT THE VERY BEST, an extremely loose way with truth, astonishingly low personal and professional integrity and a history of saying X but doing Y?

About the ONLY THING I can say with certainty.....is DJT is gonna get paid. His advisers will get paid. His business backers will get paid.

We have now, in effect, privatised democracy.

So the people of Dearborn are now right in the find out stage already of the FAFO.

Voted for Trump because they thought Harris was too pro-Israel. Trump has nominated Huckabee who thinks the West Bank and Gaza belong to Israel.

Not the first group, and won't be the last, but just another sad group who ****ed around.

The solution is not to keep the illegals to do the shit jobs nobody else wants to do either. Im sure there will be some middle ground in there, but hes made a promise to deport so many illegals and hes gotta do it now.

There are millions of unemployed Americans as it is, the farming jobs will still get done, either by americans or by immigrants, it just might not be illegals

If a company relies on underpaying illegals to survive, should they really be in business?
He also made a promise to build the wall when elected in 2016 and barely built anything.

Yeah but farmers and corporations don't want to pay a living wage to workers, and non-illegal immigrants won't do the work (which is very hard on the body), for slave wages like illegals will.

Huh? Biden/Harris just let a deadline pass and completely gaslit the world about why they're still going to provide weapons to the genocide even though they said they wouldn't if Israel didn't let aid in. In the meantime, Israel has banned UNRWA and hasn't let aid in and Biden/Harris just shrugged their shoulders.

Gaza is practically destroyed and Israel haven't held back at all anywhere. There's no way it can get worse. If it spreads to Iran, even as stupid as Trump is, he knows that Saudi and Iran will push the price of oil to $200 and that's the end of the global economy.

Even Trump isn't that stupid.

I trust the voters of Michigan and Wisconsin to know what's best. Or do you really think what Bill Clinton said to them wasn't recklessly insane and stupid?

We do know what Trumps' permanent policies are: America First and Make America Great Again. The details will change as to how exactly that happens.

As for him getting paid:

Trump donated $100,000 of his salary to the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, an agency within the Department of Health and Human Services, in 2017, Kamara Jones, the department's acting assistant secretary for public affairs, told USA TODAY in an email.

Jones also said Trump donated $100,000 of his salary to the department in 2018, $300,000 of his salary in 2019 and $100,000 of his salary in 2020
