Huh? Biden/Harris just let a deadline pass and completely gaslit the world about why they're still going to provide weapons to the genocide even though they said they wouldn't if Israel didn't let aid in. In the meantime, Israel has banned UNRWA and hasn't let aid in and Biden/Harris just shrugged their shoulders.

Gaza is practically destroyed and Israel haven't held back at all anywhere. There's no way it can get worse. If it spreads to Iran, even as stupid as Trump is, he knows that Saudi and Iran will push the price of oil to $200 and that's the end of the global economy.

Even Trump isn't that stupid.

I trust the voters of Michigan and Wisconsin to know what's best. Or do you really think what Bill Clinton said to them wasn't recklessly insane and stupid?
Yes it can get always get worse. Trump and crew will let Israel take Gaza and the full West Bank and settle it for themselves.

We do know what Trumps' permanent policies are: America First and Make America Great Again. The details will change as to how exactly that happens.

As for him getting paid:

Trump donated $100,000 of his salary to the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, an agency within the Department of Health and Human Services, in 2017, Kamara Jones, the department's acting assistant secretary for public affairs, told USA TODAY in an email.

Jones also said Trump donated $100,000 of his salary to the department in 2018, $300,000 of his salary in 2019 and $100,000 of his salary in 2020

Don't think he is talking about his salary as POTUS....

But thats the point dude....

NOBODY KNOWS WHAT HE IS GOING TO DO.

The leader of the most powerful nation on Earth, with the most advanced military and surveillance structures in play....

AND NOBODY KNOWS WHAT HE IS GOING TO DO.

And you're totes-ok with that? Because....."art of the deal??????

FMD

What do you expect him to do? Lay out 4 years of policy inside a week of being elected?

And then do you expect him to stay with those policies come hell or high water because "he promised"?

No government in the world does or will do that, ever.

Haha, the old "hE's dOnAtInG hIs sAlArY", 2016 really do want their talking points back.

His golfing cost tax payers about 250 times his annual presidential salary, and thats before you even get to the secret service paying him to stay at his properties.

Imagine being taken in by a stunt like that lol :drunk:

So Trump gets held to a higher standard than some of the other career politicians on the Democrats ticket who have become multi-millionaires on public services wages?

Leftist rationalization: When the billionaires and the tech oligarchs push leftist interests and corrupt democracy they say -that's good for democracy and, besides, its private money, they can do what they want..

When conservatives billionaires do it or one of them buys tech company and pushes conservative views-thats the end of democracy and they shouldn't be allowed to do that..

rofl

The idea that Trump gets held to a higher standard on literally anything is hilarious. If Harris did any of the 5 things Trump did weekly the last 3 months it would have been instantly campaign over :drunk:

The presidential salary is approx $400k. That's loose change compared to what he's going to get rorting things and getting kickbacks.

Hell Ivanka and Jarred got $2b from the Saudi's last time out.

They were already allowing that. All that will do is reveal the plan all along was apartheid.

And just like Sth Africa, the USA will stay on board, but most of the rest of the world will have to take action and not pretend they don't know any more.

The USA has not shown any inkling that it is against Israeli plans in any way shape or form.

Exhibit B of why we urgently need to teach critical thinking skills.

I did type other shit out, but it's utterly pointless.

Grab another pack of cheeto's and get comfy on your sofa dude, cheers.

“Trump is different to career politicians!”

“Of course he’s going to do that, it’s what all politicians do”

Where's all the "Trump was a peacemaker" people?

They've all disappeared now that Trump has appointed the most pro-war cabinet since the Bush/Cheney days.

Wouldn't want to be reliant on cheap oil in mid 2025....
No one voted for Trump because he was a "peacemaker", that was just a justification they made up, they voted for him because of the racism so they will all be fine.

The only reason Musk wanted this kind of role, and ended up getting one. Is so that he can deregulate himself, go after those who are after him, and give himself more freedom to do what he wants, make more money. Anyone who seriously thinks they are cutting waste and red tape in the interest of the nation are deluded. These people are only in it for themselves. Musk isn't even a smart guy, yet somehow a know it all in handling this?

fox sycophant defence secretary , alina press secretary lol
I am loving and approve of every one of Trump's appointment so far and waiting anxiously for who will be AG.

Means you and I will hang around SRP for a few more years.;)

The people who said that he didn't start a war will be eerily quiet when the Middle East lights up.

He couldn't do worse than Biden in the Middle East, though. People will say that him doing whatever Israel wants will be worse for the Palestinians than Biden. I don't think supporting Israel 100% to do what it wants while saying you're trying to stop them, but not really, is any different than supporting Israel 100% to do what it wants while saying you support them.

At least the DoGE has an end date of 2026. It'll be a McCarthy-style cutting of do-gooder Departments which will cut less waste than they anticipated. It's just going to be cover for cutting corporate and upper-class taxes. Couldn't be more transparent.

But at least they'll have 2 years of suffering the consequences. The Libs here usually wait until they know they're going to lose before they do all the things their donors want which will crash the economy (i.e. massive inflation-boosting before the last election).

Musk will definitely use this power to remove any regulation or oversight on himself, and funnel more government cash or contracts to private sources.

They'll 'outsource' public service jobs to the private sector in the name of efficiency, pay double the price, and get half as much done.

No one has ever been able to give me a decent answer on the big guy stuff, maybe you'll have better luck?

Proposed deal that never actually went through when Biden wasn't in office - whats the issue? Was Biden not allowed to get a job after politics or something?

Then there's this from that noted bastion of bleeding heart leftism Fox News :tearsofjoy:

So... what was the issue exactly?

I wonder.

If the election could be scheduled for today, would the result be the same?
Nah it'd be roughly the same.

Stokey and the other culture warriors will tell you woke this, Kamala that... but the main reason is just economics following covid.

Can't think of a single incumbent government around the world that hasn't been turfed in elections since.

Do you seriously think that the best candidate to run an energy company in Ukraine was Hunter Biden? Of all the people, the pick was an aloholic drug-addict tax evader with no prior industry experience?

That his appointment had nothing whatsoever to do with the fact that his dad was VP Joe Biden who was in control of billions of dollars of aid to Ukraine?
