Analysis [Poll] 2025 Captain + Leadership Group

I'm not going to use this thread to say what many of us have been saying all year, other than to say I think we all expect (and demand?) a new leadership group for 2025.

Therefore this is a simple exercise; tick the players in the poll you'd like to see in the 2025 leadership group, and then post a comment with who you want as your Captain (or Co-Captains?).

Too early for Sheezel to be captain. Make him vice if he feels ready.

Captain choices are grim. McDonald demoted from the leadership group completely. Don’t care about Simpkins role as long as he isn’t a captain.

Larkey the lesser evil. Guess he can keep the seat warm for Sheez.

I didn’t have Scott in the leadership because while I rate him, I just don’t think he has leadership tendencies, and I’ve preferred watching him develop his game while being quite.

I wish Luke McDonald and Jy did the same.

Don’t give a shit if the players chose them. They should never have put themselves in the running.

Too early for Sheez. Carey was made captain in his 4th season. Seemed the obvious choice. It's at least 1 year too early for Harry.

Larkey for mine. X and Logue as VCs. Sheez in the leadership group with Charlie and Bailey.

Scott will never be captain but he absolutely has shown leadership in last quarters this year.

I was in the ‘too early for sheeze’ camp until last week, now I’m a convert. Sheeze is the only one who can enforce new, high performance standards. Give him the captaincy and see how quickly our focus and effort turns. No more picking the friendliest blokes as professional leaders.
