Fun fact - of the top 10 states in terms of total cases/1M population, Republican states make up 10 of them (including Florida at 7).

Another fun fact - of the bottom 15 states in terms of total cases/1M population, Democrat states make up 15 of them.

I wonder why.

I'd be interested in how other demographics apply as well
Population density, poverty, age etc

What measures they implemented

Being a Republican state doesn't automatically mean. No masks let it rip etc

Of course, but some of the highest up there are less densely populated and relatively young states like Wyoming, Montana and the two Dakotas.

There is a correlation between how seriously the population and their governments took it (which is often associated with Republican-leaning states adopting an approach more tilted towards personal freedom and liberty) and COVID case rates. It's well studied.

Home and Away actor Sam Frost has said she will get vaccinated a month after she controversially defended those who had been made to feel “less of a human” for choosing not to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.

Goondiwindi is the only place in Queensland where single-dose vaccination rates have surpassed 90 per cent.

Other LGAs that have hit 80 per cent are Brisbane, Bundaberg, Hinchinbrook, Noosa, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Redland, Moreton Bay, Fraser Coast, and the Southern Downs.

I mainly go to Bundy for shopping so its good to see they are getting jabbed

Don't really care for Sam Frost the actress but I like how BigFooty underlined her name as if she was the Hawthorn defender.

It’s all right Lebbo73 we know you’re a clueless anti-vaxxer. But you’re still human.
Protecting our immune systems from an experimental drug is more important to those that care about their health. Especially when you have a 99.8% survival rate if you’re 70 or under.
I’m taking Quercetin, Zinc, Vitamin C & D.
I really hope that the Covid19 vaccine plus the boosters don’t leave your immune system vulnerable to our next flu season.

Its not even a good troll anymore man. Come up with a new angle, these ones have been done to death.

So is Australia going to mandate booster shots? Seems the US are only advising it for those over 65 or at risk. Has any other country mandated is anywhere like we have here?
