At this stage, I'm happy to get rid of Pittard and Hartlett for draft picks at the end of the season. Trengove too, who, let's face it, is meh. Rejuvenate the list with players who are f*****g desperate to win and know how to do it.

Boak cannot be captain next year, and though we won't get rid of him, Hinkley should not be coach.

Our club has a soft underbelly these days. That's been allowed to develop by the club President down to the leadership group. We need to bring winners into the club, regardless of who gets replaced.

It's not like they're just dominating.

We are winning it and they're just sweating off us, applying pressure and waiting for us to make a mistake.

Impey isn't being used properly. He's a contested ball player who were trying to turn into a Matt White replacement.

But even if he was used properly, I'm still not sure his disposal is good enough for an inside mid.

Honestly I put it down to one of our worst losses ever in our AFL history, it's down there with our losses to GC and GWS in their entry year.

Our footballers are not serious about taking this club forward
