The umpiring was nowhere near as bad as some on here are making out.
Crows put in a great effort, dominated on the counter and were doing well in the middle. But, for all intents and purposes, Hawthorn should have won that more than comfortably. 32-22 in scoring shots, 64-38 in inside 50s. hawthorn dominated general play, they just couldnt put it on the scoreboard.

Apologise, surely you're taking the piss!! You finished top 2 courtesy of the "fixture", choked in a home final and lost 2 out of 3 finals again failing to play in a GF. Look for apologies elsewhere tosser.

I apologies....you where robbed of a grand final appearance tonight and ironically it was the hawks (who always bitch about umpires) that where given the free pass.
maybe the AFL had already printed the hawks flag.............

Looks like people are listening to the stupid commentators about umpiring. There were bad decisions but it didn't win us the game. Well done to Adelaide but we should have won by more. Adelaide had 26 less inside 50's and 10 less scoring shots. Don't know many teams that can win when that happens.

Yeah this thread is lame. I don't wan't apologies from anybody here. I just wan't people to give credit where its due. We came within 5 points of a GF after finishing 14th last year. The Crows are not a weak side. Anybody who keeps pushing the agenda that they didn't deserve to be top 4 obviously doesn't respect football.

Way to be gracious in victory
It seems most people either don't get the point of this thread or are completely unable to objectively assess football. I've said all along that Adelaide belonged in the top 4 and tonight was an emphatic demonstration of that. Well done Crows.
