It looks like a good, well balanced team. I can see your little strategy in the forward line, picking players who play up the ground, very nicely done If i had to make a few adjustments it would be to trade Jolly for either Ottens or H Mac, and even downgrading one of selwood or gibbs. This should give you a fair stack of cash, which you could use to upgrade one of McPhee, Malceski or Grimes. I also think Masten has to go. He racks up the disposals but is not the ideal scer because of his kicking efficiency. Thats all i've come up with, i hope it helps
