I believe I have and liked it. May have to revisit it. Is it in the Foxtel library?Recommend it ?
Have you seen Prey ? .....I actually loved it, very well done ...even though the story sounds preposterous
Netflix and the like have completely ruined some quality foreign movies and TV by having the horrendously out of synch English audio instead of subtitles.Just watching The.Three.Musketeers.(2023). It's in Frech but you get subtitles. The Foreign movies do have good optics and stories and the costumes are great.
I download one with the subtitle hard encoded into it. The syncing looks ok.Netflix and the like have completely ruined some quality foreign movies and TV by having the horrendously out of synch English audio instead of subtitles.

Netflix is woeful currently .....no difference from Foxtel ....and they're just producing content that's akin to elevator music

Ah, that takes me back. Everyone dumps on Cage these days, but his movies from the mid 90s - The Rock, Con-Air and Face/Off (1997) were all classics.

It’s ok, it’s only make believeI'm glad he didn't go through with it but still, it shouldn't have even got that close to happening.

YepDid anyone ever see Enders Game ?
Watched it hung over once, was a pretty full on ending
Yeah I've heard the book is better.Yep
Was junk I thought
Was meant to launch a series of films but stopped the franchise dead in its tracks
Perhaps a book that was difficult to film
Office Space is great.I just noticed Rolling Stone mentioned American Beauty winning best picture in their 'Top 50 worst decisions in movies" list at number 30. I think they have a point actually. 1999 was a strong year. The Matrix, Fight Club and Office Space were all better films.
