Training Pre-Season 2023 (First game 18/3 v North)

Our final game this year was 20th August.

Senior players don't report back until 3 weeks before Christmas.

It's a good life isn't it?

Yeah it’ll be 15 weeks so no surprise Simpson wasn’t happy with the amount of time off. But those are the rules

That said, senior players can voluntarily return with the younger players on November 21 and if they’re serious I’d be wanting to see most/all coming back early. They will have had 3 months off by then

Be impossible not to if they have any sort of pride (I'm guessing they do)

And if thats what it takes I'm all for the public bagging of Kane and co to continue personally

Yeoy looking very trim indeed which is good to see. He did look to be carrying a bit of condition this year, particularly in that Port game where he was subbed out with concussion.

Nic had a knee operation roughly two months ago and watching that training snippet he’s clearly still working his way through rehabilitation

It’s mid October. Official preseason training is still 6 weeks away. There’s plenty of time

Clearly he and his teammates are starting training well before time, it’s a good thing
