No rhyme scheme, syllables all over the place. Poor effort.

I really think we should beat North easily, I realise that yes we've been down a long time but surely we have enough talent on the park to beat this bottom feeding mob on Saturday, If we don't then it's alarm bells already and definitley slim pickings for the weeks ahead and for the season.

They beat us on our home deck in 2021 with Gaff, Naitanui, Shuey, Yeo, Kelly, Darling, Kennedy, Hurn, McGovern, Barrass etc.. all the gang, all playing.

They also beat us in 2022.

We finished above them on the ladder and avoided the wooden spoon by a mere 4% last year, whilst they sacked their coach.

I think gone are the days where we are "expected" to beat anyone my guy. Who knows what WCE outfit shows up.

True I forgot about that game in 2021, that was a miserable night. We've lost 8 in a row, if we lose this I don't see us beating GWS at home the week after.

Never expect an interstate win. A small streak aside we turn to water at the airport.

I’d love to rewatch the ‘18 GF but then I’d have to watch that little campaigner Rioli running around for us and it would deeply sadden me
Yeah I saw him and was thought "dick!"

but then thought half that team isn't there anymore for various reasons (Pies too) and at least we won a flag from it

TBH I firmly believe we didn't win the game, Buckley lost it in the coaching box. All the changes he made at half time turned to shit and we were lucky collingwood didn't kick straighter as we should have put them away a lot sooner and won by 5+ goals.

Doesn't make a huge amount of sense coz in the end you're saying we're lucky to have won because we should've won by a lot more.

From the West - looks an interesting article. Hopefully someone can take the time to put it up on here later.

1st team of 23 isn't far off now.

Without his first goal, we don't win the grand final. Should always be welcome at grand final reunions just for that contribution.

And at the reunions you can always rely on him to be that mate that brings a spliff.

I don't think there is any point risking Nic travelling to Melbourne if there is doubt about his fitness. I also think it's a genuine possibility we can account for North Melbourne without him

Let him sit out round 1 and stay in Perth and try to have him ready for round 2
