Ive been looking for this too.
Cads now lives with Finn Callaghan.
McCartney mentioned Cads management approached Giants to look to extend his stay.
Caruso was adamant we don't leak our draft order, it is mainly Cal Twomey deducing who has met with what clubs to do his Phantom Drafts.

McCartney was talking about the difference in our Sydney Zone to Swans, he said it is up to the
AFL to get more kids playing in Western Sydney.
Clearly it is easier to retain players from Sydney rather than Albury/ West NSW.

Caruso was asked what players drafted ahead of our picks he would like for the Giants, he said they will be good players, but he wasn't really longing for them, accept Harley Reid would be nice but was not happening once Richmond started winning some games to get out of bottom 4.
Also McCartney was saying ( I think it was him, not Caruso) we are not expecting any players from the academy to be drafted in 2024.
There is a ruck who was previously a basketballer ( cant remember the name), he hopefully improves enough to be considered

Perhaps a slight opening for the likes of Rowston with Ward having a groin issue

Callan Ward – Ward hasn’t started his 17th pre-season as he works on a slight groin issue that has stretched into December. He’s not expected to miss any footy but the Giants are being understandably cautious with the veteran.

Darcy Jones – After suffering an ACL injury in April, Jones is still slowly working back into the Giants group. He’s still not back at full training and will be slowly integrated back into the group closer to the start of next season.

Adam Kennedy – Kennedy is also on the comeback trail after an ACL injury in April. After being picked back up by the Giants on a rookie deal for 2024, he’s still yet to join training and is focusing on the rehab process.

It was really well done, great insight for members and complete transparency. As fans you can’t ask for more than that. Good stuff 🙂👍

Yep I felt like under Leon it was spoken about enough.
Lift the expectation.
We never really got this type of BTS access under Leon so it might've been spoken about internally but we just never knew, but it definitely wasn't a big thing externally, glad the standard is high.

Yeah we did… in the year Cogs got dropped as Captain. The less said about that season the better.

Without sticking the boots in, I feel like what we saw from LC with this kind of stuff was nothing like what Kingsley has brought in. This is a man in control and is installing his belief into the group, which has clearly bought in to what he wants them to do. As a fan it's easy to get carried away after the second half of this year went the way it did, but I loved every minute of that video and the way he speaks.

Interesting that Leake is gonna play midfield foremost and maybe shift in the future
Is there any talk about whether he'll become more mid/fwd or mid/def? Like the idea of developing him as a midfielder, in theory gives us more depth there which we need and helps transition from Cogs/Kelly longterm.
