Jackson's poor marking is a much bigger concern than Voss's poor marking. Jackson is a guaranteed starter, provided he is fit, and it is frustrating the number of times he gets to the right position but drops the mark.
If both Jackson and Voss can improve their marking we are a better side and we will have more depth too.

Voss might also let us play Jackson in the middle, or play there himself. I'm pretty sure I saw Voss at a bounce in the WAFL grand final

You want Voss playing as a midfielder?

Watching Voss in the middle sporadically inflicting pain on opposition mids would be

**** the AFL

A nice away game against Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sydney would’ve been great to reduce travel…

But no, stick us out at the Barossa against Richmond so we then also don’t get a game at the MCG against Richmond

But on the positive side we are playing Richmond early in the year which possibly means two games against the worst team next year.

Hopefully our second game against them is at the MCG and not Optus.

2 Tigers because of Bolton
2 North because of their debt
2 West Coast because of our state

Bring it on
Can’t see the AFL sending North Melbourne to Perth to play either WA side in a double up “away” game.

Us and eagles will each play them once, it’ll be their home game, played in WA, and that will be it.

Zero chance we get a draw with 2 games against Richmond and North. Maybe one of them and that in itself would be a great outcome.

I'm never fussed about an easy or a hard draw. If we want to be Premiers, the draw is irrelevant.

Want to beat the best? Be the best.
That's not how you Big Footy.

Don't think that matters anymore tbh, AFL has like 7 week breaks between rematches now

Our early games last year weren't double ups too

Brissy rnd 1
North rnd 2
Crows rnd 3
Blues gather round
Port Round 5 we did double up on tho

I think the Bolton factor will be a bigger deal in a possible Tiger double up although we did get Tigers twice this past season already

Most premier's need a little luck here and there though.
15 of their 23 games against teams that missed the top 8. Take any of their close wins and turn them into a loss, hell add a rushed behind to the crows score in round 9, and the Lions have to play an away elimination final.

Of course luck plays a role.
