Will there be a call on the radio for us who don’t want to give Rupert our money? I miss being able to pay the AFL subscription - it’s tough being a dockers supporter interstate.
Are you worried that your subscription to Foxtel will make the Murdochs rich media magnates?

I would give Rupert a punt in the campaigner but I would not give the grubby old turd a single red cent. If enough people had kept their cash from him, the vampiric old bawbag would have withered and died a long time ago.

He's up there with Thomas Midgley Jr as one of humanity's greatest enemies.

looking forward to the game in 40 odd mins....not expecting a "classic encounter", most of the games I've watched thus far have been scrappy, low-intensity affairs - so the emphasis is just to get some runs in the legs, hopefully work on some cohesion and see what some new toys have to offer.

Don't care for the outcome really - I just don't want any injuries. Got me snacks at the ready hehehe

Max Heath went off for the Saints, so more injury woes for them as we're rapidly heading towards Round 1

Who is amped as fk for the game starting soon
Personally, I'd much rather the discuss the political nuance of not using a product to make an unnoticeable dent in the pockets of the insanely wealthy. Much more fun...

hahaha, love the passion - but to be bluntly honest and a wee bit boring - not especially. It's just a pre-season tune up. Hopefully it's a good spectacle and we can kick heaps of goals. But most of the games I've watched so far, all clubs be rusty af. They haven't made for scintillating viewings, but it's cool to have footy to watch for shiz-mitz
