Sleeping Pills...

Watch out kids, it's not Heroin that'll get ya, it's not Cocaine or Marijuana.
It's the Evils of SLEEPING PILLS!

Also, if you're tarring the whole organisation because of one fan, I can maintain that Collingwood from the President to the latest bandwagon member, are toothless, tattooed bogans, racists and ferals can I not?

Mixing sleeping pills with alcohol is quite a well known, cheap way of getting high and can be lethal http://ezinearticles.com/?Alcohol-And-Sleeping-Pills---A-Deadly-Mix&id=1178820

Considering Scumsational has been at the forefront of of spreading malicious rumors about us that now have been quashed by AFL its not just one fan

Re: St Kilda - Definition of irony

Being a **** is worse than abusing sleeping pills, I agree. They should force St Kilda players and fans to at least act straight.

Besides the toothles bit your describing most Aussies who aren't w***ers. We don't take it up the arse either :thumbsu:

Well we can add homophobes to the list by the look of it.

Nettlefold "If you’ve got cultural problems ... you don't deliver what this group has"

http://www.theage.com.au/afl/afl-ne...em-despite-latest-scandal-20110201-1abmc.html

St Kilda CEO Michael Nettlefold denies his club has a "culture problem" despite the suspension of four young players who broke curfew and "misused" alcohol and prescription drugs on a pre-season trip to New Zealand, the latest incident of an embarrassing pre-season for the 2010 runner-up.

"If you have a look at what this group has achieved on the field in the last three years, if you’ve got cultural problems . . . you don’t deliver what this group has delivered on the field . . . it’s impossible," Nettlefold told SEN radio this morning.

So, Nettlefold is claiming that the Saints recent "success" is proof they couldn't possibly have a culture problem? Is Nettlefold new to football or something?

Re: Nettlefold "If you’ve got cultural problems ... you don't deliver what this group has"

nice. denial, right from the top. that puts everyone at that club at risk of harm.

one mild positive is, unlike the culture of the infamous Worst Coke generation, which left the impression it was allowed to fester until the limbs fell off, the Aints seem either too stupid or too naive to want to engage much in cover-ups, not at any level.

Re: St Kilda - Definition of irony

having a highlights video called "The Streak" is the real irony.

What will their next ironic highlights video be called ? ?

Sleeping pills are far more dangerous than Marijuana.
Sadly, Heath Ledger is a testimony to this.
Mixing sleeping pills with anything should be avoided, and the Saints administration got it right in treating this seriously.

Re: Nettlefold "If you’ve got cultural problems ... you don't deliver what this group has"

You have to think like a St Kilda fan. No, not about dick, but about how every year you don't win the spoon it's considered a huge success.

2nd is a hell of alot better than last, that's all they care about. Their culture is fine.

Re: St Kilda - Definition of irony

Im not sure that OP is actually ironic...

Have you written any songs for this bish cos im pretty sure she doesnt know what the **** it means either (would though)
alanis-morisette.jpg

Umm, she didnt know the difference between coincidence and irony.

A bit like you.

Irony is spot on. It is ironic that on the day the St Blunda supporters think something is about to come out about Collingwood players and drugs, a story does in fact come about about THEIR OWN TEAM and drugs instead. At the same time another story comes out saying the Collingwood rumour is false.

You being a Sleepy Hollow fan though I can understand your difficulties.

Re: St Kilda - Definition of irony

But it's not like it's surprising that another story came out about St Kilda. It is basically a weekly occurrence these days.

Re: Nettlefold "If you’ve got cultural problems ... you don't deliver what this group has"

Shit i must have missed the WCE positive drug tests. How long did our playing group get banned for. Did they award the Premiership to the Swans. I am in shock by this.

****BTW I'm being sarcastic.

Re: Nettlefold "If you’ve got cultural problems ... you don't deliver what this group has"

so apparently if you fail to win a premiership then you don't have cultural problems, but if you do win a premiership then naturally you do have cultural problems.

bring on the bad culture i say :thumbsu:
