Ah well. We got this far. It's been hard to watch at times this season but we plugged away and kept getting the results. The lack of footy smarts in 2/3 of the team was going to get found out at some point. Just painful that it has to be this game. All you ask is to put up a fight sometimes and for large parts tonight we just haven't been allowed to. But we've made stupid decisions and had very poor skills at times tonight. We're getting the beating we deserve on this performce. We've been right up here the last 3 or 4 seasons now and I just hope we haven't missed our window. Can we come back stronger next year? Time will tell.
