Of course I was a Dockerland refugee so it changes the metrics.

Me too. I was at Dockerland for a few years. I used to occasionally pop over here but never joined. I figured the signal to noise ratio was too high.
Then Shane gradually became more & more paranoid & started deleting almost everything except for the favored few. I’d thought I’d built a solid posting history and could actually discuss things but suddenly it seemed it didn’t matter how benign & uncontroversial I made my posts he just deleted everything I wrote so I made the switch.

Former Dockerland too. I joined in 2009 and didn't post as I frequented Dockerland. Then the lady I sat next to at the MCG for the 2012 final against Geelong mentioned BigFooty to me and I checked it out. Once I realised I had an account I figured I might as well use it.

Signed up to BF and Dockerland about same time. Like most, got sick of not been able to express the popular beliefs according to the Book of Shane so haven’t been back in many years

I was DL member for a few years, but became very disillusioned witht he garbage that went on.Some weird posters.Having to be careful that you didn't tread on anyones toes.
But I was, I repeat WAS, a contributer to a site called OZFOOTY, but after a few confrontaions with the Admin, it seems he has banned me for life.No loss though.
But I have been a BF member for a long time. Posted a few,copped some weird responses, withdrew, but have come back and enjoying it now. And I am an older participant.
And as an aside, at DL, I dared take a swipe at One Punch Dodd, and pow Done. for a week.
