We need to add to the list in areas we are short. We have enough injury prone players so Joyce does not need to fill that spot.

Clark - why did we not get him under the knife as soon as we drafted him as it was obvious at after the WAFL grand final.

I like Dittmar but ok to let him slide if we are not confident on his injuries (esp a bad back).

Naish is certainly a pretty quick highly skilled outside runner. We actually have a need for him - so long as Gaff is also a winger and not a pretend inside bull.

Trew - no idea what his injuries are as he has not has a decent stint.

Winder - has he developed enough endurance to play wing? I liked his end to 2021 and he showed some class in the games I watched.

We need one or more of LEdwards, Chesser, Winder, Foley, Waterman, Duggan, Sheed or even Hough to be ready to fill the second wing role.

I can see him playing Tom Coles role - hopefully with more desire to take on the play and move it faster out of the backline

I could be totally mistaken.

No, Richmond brought that in in 2017 and it was criticised a bit because it meant someone like Jack Graham was a life member after five games (of course, he’s probably well and truly earned it now).

150 games is the automatic qualifier for us, but players who haven’t reached that can still be given life membership - EMac and Watera are two examples off the top of my head.

On the other hand there’d be plenty of premiership players who aren’t life members - Shane Bond, Paul Harding, Steven Armstrong etc.

Got a given a watch that's worth about half as much as my car. (My car is a 2008 Honda Accord V6 but still) Got a little emotional I did.

From my 40-50 years of watching footy, injury prone players rarely grow out of it.
We have a history of picking kids who they consider steals who slid in the draft due to injury. They slide for a reason, because they are a risk.
Might have worked once with Judd, been a f*#kup nearly every other time.
