Couldn’t agree more, give one of Knobel or Reidy a go and keep Treacy up forward with Amiss:

Is Darcy supposed to play full minutes?
That will decide whether its Reidy or Tabs IMO
Today the pies had 4 players only come on in the second half
Tigers had 3 on in the last qrtr and 1 in the last half
So expect us to do something similar, pick 22 and then run 4 extras in the second half

I can see that happening, Fyfe probably only plays a half again, or maybe three quarters this week.
Brodie, Walker, Draper and Erasmus could all come on at half or three quarter time.

Knobel aint ready, he looked shocking against the Eagles, I'll be stunned if we pick him
If we want a ruck in for Dogga then we will go with Reidy, Dogga is primarily forward though so it'll depend on Darcy's minutes
Reidy was on before the first game ended on Saturday. Wasn’t much before it ended but the pecking order is pretty obvious imo.
We might get more out of seeing what Voss can do.
Only question is whether we add an extra tall forward or Reidy tbh.

Could not agree more. If the squads are 26 that should be easy to accommodate. My preference is Reidy at this stage though..

So oldmate SPP got four weeks for hitting the Crom fella. Do the AFL:
a) Count Friday's game against us as part of the four weeks that he misses?
b) Say the four weeks are part of the proper season, so not only does he play against us on Friday but his first game back from his suspension will be in round 5, also against us?

Imagine getting suspended for four weeks in a practice game though, Ken Hinkley must be pissed. Don't mind him playing vs us on friday though. Good practice to play full strength teams.

Yeah, it's neither here or there.
Though if I'm port, I'm leaving him out and seeing who will step to fill that role for 4 weeks.
Also while we’re talking about Port Adelaide, I noticed they play 6 of their first 8 games at home….WTF. The other two games just an hour flight away at the MGC. Giving the “gather round” to Adelaide has squared up there travelling versus the Vic Clubs but added more disadvantage to us

Man Driz is so frustrating. I know injury is out of his control but he has had multiple interrupted pre-seasons now. We really need him to recapture his 2022 form but idk if he can.Jackson & Driz both out
