Actually I dont really care tbh. Not going to waste my time over Richmond. They do that for 6 months every year. Will not earn any respect until the team starts consistently making finals ans win a flag. If that doesnt happen the ridicule of the Tigers will continue for years and years. Off the top of my head though I think Robert Walls was last one to be sacked midway through. May well happen again this season where another Richmond coach doesnt see out his contract.

That is the goal, to be a top-four side by 2009. Wherever we finish next year, as long as the board believes Terry's plan will come to fruition in 2009, whether we finish first, second, down to 14th.
