Trevor was on game day the guy controlling the interchange/ rotation bench so to speak........ but does this mean he is the Director of Coaching ,,, if so ,, wow ,, what a glorified title.
And if Trevor has resigned from this ,, and you have heard whispers Craig O Brien may be the replacement .... well I cant see why the club would go down that path as why would O Brien ..... its basically a volunteers job .

Travis MArsham was our director of coaching for the past 2 years. Basically a sounding board for the coaches. He was invaluable and helped our coaches including BA get better. In 2018 he became more active on game day and true he is not continuing next year. And who cares about the title.
As for O’Brien he lives up north spends a bit of time on the coast. He has strong footy knowledge but I doubt he will be involved but that’s ultimately up to Beau and the footy department.

Beema will be fantastic for the development of that age group the young men will love him his training drills and methods are first class as is his persona with all involved top bloke so good with the kids up here
So I hear your colts coach not happy cos the club advertised for a new colts coach without him knowing so he cracked the shits and is an assistant at Coomera Colts.
Great communication at Palmy by the sounds of it, either if he was he a knob and the club is happy to him depart there’s better ways to go about it.

must be a points exemption on he coast people aren't aware of, otherwise going to be some incredibly strong 2s teams!

ive heard we have lost 2 key players and a young bloke who played a dozen senior games this past season whom is going to the VFL Collingwood side to try out ... As for the other 2 , one is going to the VFL as assistant coach with the Casey Scorpians and the other is going on a overseas working holiday so to speak .
Ive also heard we have recruited players that will cover these losses.
Nothing new here in reference to Gold Coast clubs having turnover of players every year due to the shifting population if I can call it that.
True but you need to recruit 6 just to be the same and another 4 or so to beat Palm Beach whom will no doubt attract a few quality people as per last few seasons.

Not sure who, a guy from work who has contacts at Surfers was telling me.
Heard Mt.Gravatt are struggling to find a coach, they had high hopes from a Victorian Candidate but he informed them he couldn’t commit at the last minute, apparent he’s played AFL so i wonder who he is?
