Why have Richmond gone cold on Tiger Insider members? I'm in my third year and the first two years we got merchandise with pens keyrings Coffee mugs etc... scarfs and so on and they had a year by year merchandise reward thing happening and this year its a choice of a scarf, hat or donate.

And, we were able to log in to eye of the tiger and read up on things but that seems to have disappeared. Is there anything happening online for members or is it just a donation website now?
