You can see a users posting areas over the life of the account on their Post Areas tab.

Nope. I can't see any reason. I don't think I can manually award it either but I will check now.

i don't think so, i'm not watching the thread, i just don't want to see replies to my posts in a particular thread anymore

If you have replied to a thread, it will automatically turn notifications on.

if someone quotes you or tags you that notification has nothing to do with the thread itself

In your preferences you can customise what you received notifications on but there isn't a way to mute a thread

No idea what I did (mashing the pad at the pub on a Monday) but I've uninstalled and reinstalled.y browser and we're back in business!

thanks. understand it’s a “click” thing. it seems that you only have to go to a thread once and you get new thread alerts. not a fan.
