Too reliant on effort and we still have no evident system despite this being Hinkelys fourth year in charge.

Wines and Gray willed us back into the game in the third...but ultimately our lack of system and composure was the difference in the game.

The point is that IF the coaches get some structure and some skills into the players we will be incredible.

No, but he won't retire a premiership player and ultimately that's how Port players are judged in my eyes. He's a forward whose best year was still his first.

Okay so that means basically this whole list are shit since it's highly doubtful many/any will retire premiership players. Oh and I guess that makes someone like Matthew Richardson or Nick Riewoldt an average player with a poor career too by extension.

The effort tonight should be the bare minimum standard for every game and the lack of elementary skills is a complete indictment on all levels of our football department.
Take note Ken, this season has been an example of what is not Port Adelaide Football. I for one am glad its over.

What is concerning is moving Hart to player development. Does he have any idea about that area? I want top notch player development at Port.

Didn't work very often when Choco did it. He actually took the team to the unofficial cheer squad on the wing. The first time he did it in 1999 at Footy Park we had been 44 points down at half time and got to 35 down at 3/4 time. We had put in a good effort and should have been closer. Choco took the team over to the wing and gave his talk, but it flopped as we lost by 56 points.
