West Coast and Freo will have the best stadium in Australia in four years time.
It'll be interesting the type of crowds both clubs'll get. Both'll could very well have a membership waiting list as well. But I genuinely think you'll be looking at 45,000 averages for both teams, and the dip between blockbusters and games against who ever the 2018 terrible team is won't be too steep. And this is with seating potentially more expensive than what Victorians have.

Oh yeah, it's Anzac Day one weekend then Carlton - Collingwood the next before the Grand Final.

When there's a hundred thousand people there it's pretty special, but that happens twice and most people are lucky to get to one of those. Most of the time there's about 35,000 there and it's far from being a mecca of atmosphere. I don't hate it at all, great stadium and something to be proud of, but Etihad is better – no such thing as a bad seat, easier access with amenities, easier to get around. The only negative is the bottleneck.
I'm sorry, but I only ever go for the cricket. (Boxing Day, etc.) and sit behind the players dugout sin the MCC stand
Apologies if it sounds like I'm bragging.

Having Moyes at the helm is the only way you guys are getting into the UEFA Champions League.
What? We'd have a UCL spot even if United finished above us.

How shit do the world T20 kits look with the countries name scribbled on the front then the player's name and number on the back in Arial narrow. Always hated that font.

It's been happening in cricket for a long time. It doesn't matter how good or bad the design is overall, text always seems to be an afterthought. Sometimes they get away with it, but usually not.

I don't think text is really necessary but they seem to do it for every world cup.

Over the Summer I made a new personal icon that most of you have probably seen (the LMD monogram) because I thought it was in need of an update. I wasn't really happy with it due to it being a little too complex. After some brainstorming and a few rough sketches, I settled on this:
