Ok, I'm biased here, but what's wrong with Canada? Many of it's cities are rated most livable. Stable country with good health and education. People are great and it has some of the best scenery in the world. Even before I visited the place I would have rated it in the top 5 for places to live.

Ok, I'm biased here, but what's wrong with Canada? Many of it's cities are rated most livable. Stable country with good health and education. People are great and it has some of the best scenery in the world. Even before I visited the place I would have rated it in the top 5 for places to live.
