This is a tough one. Venezuela has one of the highest homicide rates in the world but I haven't really heard of Anguilla. I think it's tiny with not much there at all.

Nepal quite comfortably. The Maoist rebels in Nepal will be too strong for the Palauese forces. Couple that with Katmandu being a pretty cool name for a capital and Nepal have it.

Uzbekistan seems pretty dodgy - from it's history as part of the USSR to modern day concerns over human rights violations. Plus their flag is very ugly.

Speaking of violations... the name of the British Virgin Islands turns me on somewhat (although it's probably impossible to find a real British virgin older than about 13 these days). Plus it's in the Caribbean with a history of pirates and all that shit which is very cool.
