The current ability/potential one is a bit strange. Most kids drafted early (i.e Morton was mentioned earlier) have the potential to be 9/9.5 out of 10 but currently would be about a 5. I think if they are very young it should be how good you think they will be . That doesn't really work though either. I dunno.
