Yeah his routine needs work. Every time I think he’s going to kick into the man on the mark

All season we have heard that our midfield isn’t good enough and once we fix that we will be fine, the issue isn’t so much in the attack, etc etc.
Well today out midfield was great. But guess what?
Turns out we dont have enough class in the forward third of the ground still.
That is what cost us that game. End of story.
Relying on some worldies from Sturt and Frederick to keep us in it after Corbett amiss and Switta butchered easy chance after easy chance after easy chance. It’s absolutely soul destroying stuff that.
Schultz battled honestly as always but butchering some crucial inside 50s late in the game. Switta is suck a Jekyll and Hyde player. Awesome in broken play and can break the game open like few others, but is an absolute hack kicking for goal.
So frustrating to lose that game to a pretty average side.

Corbett was a positive with 3 kick and one very simple goal missed?

God people are harsh on a second year inside midfielder. Wtf do you guys expect from Erasmus in game what, 16?

Luckily Nathan Buckley can see his talent and gave him some praise

I said corbett had his moment, not plural, didn't give him much more than that.

Henry was more damaging today than he was against the Bombers, his original breakout game.

It's all relative, you're allowed to judge players differently dependent on past performance. Serong and Erasmus have had better games than that this year. Their decision making was frustrating

Brodie is building fitness at Peel. When he is ready he needs to come into the team asap to see what he can offer before the season ends.

Ideally next season Brodie is back and at his best for us, Aish is banished to the backline for good and JOM starts his new career at Peel.

he panicked, threw the ball on the left boot off one step from a hand ball from Andy. Shanked the ball straight down a Brisbane players throat.
If he’d steadied and kicked long we’d have had a chance

Idk at the game he was a bit of a liability. Butchered the ball and his decision making was shocking. I would be tempted to switch him with Brodie.
