Another great pick-up for the Bombers# Jamie Lobb #

2014 LADDER:

1. Riddell
2. Rupo
3. Sunbury
4. Diggers
5. Broadford
6. Macedon
7. Romsey
8. Melton
9. Lfield
10. Wallan
11. Rockbank
12. Kilmore
13. Woodend

How have you come to this conclusion above? Surely Romsey will be right up there with the return of a few of premiership players plus a couple of new additions. Kilmore have recruited very well too. Just curious that's all.

Time will tell. Wait for clearence so guess.

Sunbury kangaroos signing Jesse smith will make them hard to beat

Had a meeting with Jesse Smith yes, would love to sign him but I promise you he hasn't signed with us.
Hopefully the clearance page updates soon and we can all see who has actually signed who. Hopefully the 2 boys plus a few other new recruits we have secured can bridge the gap with the bombers.

Wallan getting a coach late has rooted their season before its even started, no matter how much coin they have in the bank! Start preparing for 2015 I suggest Magpies. Romsey are training hard (as you said) and with big Donald and Farms should go close to finals. Both Rupo and Scumb lost games by small margins last year. Maybe 'Tag me in' can punch on with Fev if he plays perhaps:eek:.
Either way it should be a close season:cool:

How are lancefield traveling .have they picked any players?
Don't count your chickens until the clearances are finalised.
At least eight players who did not play with the tigers last year were at training Monday night. Five of which have promised to play. Some good height about them six of the eight 6ft 2 or better. We also had a young ruck man training before Christmas, he wasn't there Monday night but hopefully he will be there tonight.
At this stage only two players rumored to be leaving.
With the natural development in our young list we are hopeful the improvement of the last few years continue.

A perfect example of why clearances should open on November 1 instead of February 1

I don't think anyone disagrees with it, it's a common sense type of decision I would have thought, but clearly there are factors that are stopping AFL Vic from changing the set up, just don't ask what they are... :p

Will be interesting to see what happens, as it is clear that the pressure is building on AFL Vic to address the problem.
