Is there any footy being discussed on BF this week?
I think this week, Diggers will win the 18's, Sunbury the 2's and the seniors is a toss of the coin, albeit I am not sure it matters really anyway.

The GF's the following week will see Rupo in the 18's get up by 60+, Diggers in the 2's by 60+ and Diggers in the main game by 60+.

Lets all hope the beer is cold at Romsey the week after next as the footy could be a lop sided day going on last weekends 2nd semi results.

Liam Lucas of Wallan won the Reserves BnF. Bit embarrassing that he wasn't there to receive it as he didn't get an invite from the league.

That is very poor by the league, don't tell
Me for one second the league are not aware of the major award winners,

Someone tomorrow morning might be getting a tap on the shoulder and a please explain.

On a positive note, congratulation to Liam and the Wallan Football Club.

Brent swallow 20
Taylor Hine 19

Congratulations to Brent Swallow, a deserved winner, ball player and a great part of the Reason why the Sharks made the finals, also well to to Shark pup Jai Mitchell on winning the the 18's Medal and to Brett Chambers for getting in the team of the season. Super effort that.

Which table got the B.O.G. votes for the night? There's usually one mob that has a real good time

I just hope the weather holds off as I remember attending a Riddell v Sunbury Kanga's final there a few years back.
Cold, wet, windy and from memory 4 goals mighta beat 3 that day, with bugger all spots for supporters to shelter under.

Wet weather will favour Broadford
Agree this will be a reAl battle and the side that gets away early will win want to pick the Roos but riddlle look a little more organised Roos have winners across all lines with some ??? Marks
weather a factor yes
And if so who brings the hardness at the contest all day will win that side of things favours broadford
With picioone holland and there hard nuts the Roos by 7 points

Who wins this weekends game ? Will wet weather make any difference to the results?
If it keeps raining and the ground deteriorates to the condition of that swamp up at the Roos base I think hardness may get the Roos over the line, if the ground is ok Riddel's smaller brigade will be hard to stop.

Should be a good game, however not sure really the winner of this will come within a bulls roar of the Diggers outfit who may play for the last time together given it would be hard to sustain the point cap and the salary cap next year.

If Broadford still have their heads in the game after last weeks capitulation they will win. Form has been better (last week aside) it's just a matter of whether they can regroup. Will say a lot about their leadership either way.

Agree - condition of the ground will have big impact on this one, don't count Riddell out around the stoppages, their clearance work can be hard to tether. I'd be wondering where riddell will get their goals from, Broadford back 6 would match up ok I'd have thought.

Salary Cap humphrey? spoken like a man in the know, have things been confirmed for next year, cant Imagine diggers spend would be that high, alot of local talent in that side.

The Smith v Ruffell match up should be a cracker. Broadford forward line is potentially dangerous but will need to all fire if they are a chance. Riddell x 16 pts (hope the ground holds up)

Maybe they should move the game to Rockbank? That ground drains really well.
