Waters to coach Melton.
Duff to stay at Gis if Ty Elliott gets the coaching job.
Filo - 100% to be coaching Eaglehawk again - on the way to a 3 peat.
Massina - why would they bother? Took Kyneton backward.
Darko - not a coach - maybe assistant.

Waters no chance of coaching Melton, Why would he go from Nrth Brat to Melton??? Will stay ar Nrth for a few years yet.Who is coaching Woodend?

Recently heard from a credible source B.Richmond (romsey) been linked with atleast one b-grade EDFL club. Also heard B.Sutherland (kangaroos) looking at playing a higher standard, possibly in the WAFL. Any other possible player movements surfaced as yet?

A few names that have been thrown around up the road at Woodend,Waters from nth ballarat,Duff from gissy,Ollie from gissy,Dryden from kyneton,Filo from eaglehawk, hannett and darko woodend, massina,Shepard from abers a couple of playing coaches in that list

Donegal, Had a great laugh when Massinas name was mentioned for coach.Hannett would be a great pick up.

The mail I keep hearing is that young Robbo, Climmo and Petran will all be playing for Sunbury Lions next year. So I'm guessing that's the trio you're referring to. OMNI, can you confirm?

Can anyone give me information on two players from kilmore. Believe they were the best and fairest (midfielder) and runners up (ruckman) respectively this year?

Cheers

I can tell you that the new coach of Kilmore is Guy Booker. He finished 2nd in there best and fairest at Whittlesea this year and should have won by 50 votes.
He's a 35 year old mid fielder and as for his assistant I do not know.
Whittlesea have re appointed there coach from last year and from all reports looking at the NFL he is the most hated coach on earth.
I know there'll be at least 5 players going to Kilmore and 6 to Wallan which should strengthen these teams dramatically.:D

Robbo and Petran will be at Sunbury - not certain on Climas. Not so sure why it is such a big secret if he has picked somone where to play.

With Ty Elliott at the helm at gissy the RDFL will reap the benefits as Ty upset a few people around the club because of the inclusion of himself in the the seconds grandfinal side.Knowing this and if simpson is still involed that there will be exodus of players,Barham's going and others going too including Fitzy to a EDFL club and maybe Ollie too.Gissy players will be looking for success elsewhere, cause i can't see them beating the deadbeats up the road at Kyneton and that's if there can get a side together after there MAJOR sponsor close it doors a week ago.Gissy and Kyneton will struggle and let's hope the RDFL club's BENEFIT.

I will have that beer I owe you and $100 on that Gis beat Kyneton next year. Ty is widely respected down at the club and will a great coach. The two's were very good and players will step up.

The thing is Gis is losing a lot of players that were paid well - lucky for them however you are able to recruit new players to replace them!! Strange - but trust me this is true.

Just like a lot of the good young talent leaving the RDFL they can also be replaced. Lets hope that talent that comes back is as good as what leaves!!

Any further info on the coaching jobs?

Havent heard much out of woodsy lately, or have i missed an announcement?

Also any word on whats happening over at Wallan? pretty quiet out that way. Good to hear kilmore have recruited a coach and a few players after a season wher they strugled a bit.

What about the ridell depatures? Is lee james going round again?

Dont know much about Ty elliot for Gisborne but what players are leaving them, and would they go to rdfl clubs or other places? like i heard rumours Messadi might coach woodsy, would he bring a few with him?

I know Macedon are sticking with the same staff as this year bar Beatson and the rumour about Woodend would be a great pick up for them .Wallan retain this year's coach and are after the service's of Ayres from Marby park but it will be hard seen he was on $1000 a game there and $800 at Bundoora the time before that .Riddell have Matt Power who is already after Lion's players and Mark Power has signed a few Riddell players and Sammy Young is going to Paco.Hopkins from Diggers has a bit of money to play with next season

The mail I'm getting up here is that Macedon's coach told them last week he will not be seeking re-appointment. At the first week of the finals I sensed some angst between Goodwin and a few of the old-time Cats, but I believe the coach told Macedon he was leaving for work reasons. Will be interesting to see who gets the nod down at Tony Clarke Reserve. The early word is that Belcher might be a chance.

Dunno where your getting this info from??? Unless the diggers rest primary school is throwing in some cash, there are not to many sponsorship opportunities in Diggers.

Jeez your a tool mate all the players wanted Ty to play in the grannie. Yeah i agree that some good players have left and as kingy has said they can be replaced. A few players that have left the club in past years are keen to come back

Ill informed mate.
Ty Elliot is a jet. Who the hell wouldnt want him in their Grand final side ?

You dont have to worry about Gisborne mate we will be fine, if i were you i'd be more concerned about the amount of players that are leaving macedon next year.

Yeah from what i have herd Ty Elliot is a good fella and most boys would enjoy having him coach.

From my view thats a shame because i was hoping trhe rumour about messadi was correct! What about Nick Hannert? is he in the contention?

Just on the macedon cats, if their coach stepping aside, you would think that be a pretty good positiion a few blokes would like they looked like a good young side at times this year and i reckon with the right coach that group could be a chalenger next year.
