I disagree with her methods but I respect the fact she advocates for what she does and puts herself out there.

Are you referring to her Only Fans page?

You're probably right. A smattering of far right loons, protesting against a far left loon, just looning it up all round.

Pass me the popcorn.

Tash supporters: "Violence against animals is wrong!"
Tash opposers: "We deserve the right to our choices! We're going to teach you a lesson about leaving us alone by not leaving you alone!"
Tass supporters: "And were going to react with violence!"

rabble rabble rabble

Or the fact she nudes up for her protests?

Yeah I forgot about that, I don't pay a lot of attention to what she does honestly. I'm the kind of person that could 100% agree with your ideals but if you try to shove it down other people's throats I want nothing to do with you.

4th week of Keto dieting down for 7kg lost, only started working out a week ago due to covid and a brutal ankle roll. No junk food, carbs or soft drinks (stopped drinking booze 9 months ago).

2.5kg more to reach my goal which I can hopefully get to by the end of February. Beyond that its just not a sustainable diet IMO, great to get a kick-start on the weight loss but a world without potatoes and bananas just doesn't make sense. Legit would stab a campaigner for a bowl of wedges and a milkshake right now.

Anyway just thought I'd share.

Good job. 9 months off booze, wow!

How’d you get through that much of our 2023 season without booze?

I'm unfamiliar with keto despite having heard the word plenty of times.

What's a day on your plate look like?

That's a great effort mate! I knocked 6kgs off late last year cycling and being more food conscious, and cutting out the M-T beers. Also started buying Single Fins and stopped grabbing the big crazy craft cans which seemed to help immensely.

All said and done after Xmas I'm 1kg up but haven't been training at all. Gonna pull my finger out in Feb and get back into it.

It's mainly good fats, protein and fibre. So lots of avocado, olives, coconut oil, meats/seafood and keto friendly veggies which are mainly greens. Some cheese and nuts thrown in the mix too.

Basically you're making your body adapt to using fats as it's source of energy instead of carbs which takes a few weeks at least. Then the idea is that once reaching that point your body will use its fat stores for energy which then results in weight loss.

It's not hard to imagine the weight dropping on a super low carb diet really anyway.
