Do you mean in terms of nutritional value? At the end of the day they're both still 1000 calories that has entered your body, right? But one might cause a spike in blood sugars, etc...while the other leaves you feeling fuller for longer and provides appropriate energy. Is that where you're coming from?

For those on BigDiet this has been my most successful weightloss diet so far in years of trying.
I've done intermittent fasting for years so only black coffee and water before 12.
For lunch Monday to Friday I have two pieces of dark rye toast and I alternate between having sardines or avocado on it and then 3 mandarins after.
Then I eat whatever for dinner, usually meat and veg or meat and salad.
Except for one day a week (usually Saturday) I've cut out all chocolate, lollies etc after dinner and I have a handful of frozen mango and a handful of frozen cherries.
This is the least I've weighed since about 2006 so something must be going right.
