Should be happy with next weeks weather thenI knew the one before that was mild but felt like by now we we’re generally getting mid to late 20’s and a few more 30 degree days.

Not according to this - https://www.watercorporation.com.au/Our-water/Rainfall-and-dams/RainfallWe're actually above average for rain this month with 11 days left in October (42.2mm vs 39.3mm), with a bit more in the rain gauge today. Average maximums are exactly average for the month although the next couple of days should drop the average a bit before increasing as the weather warms up later next week.

Maybe the BOM data you're looking at is from the new site which I think they moved to in 1994, but who knows
Yeah, that's probably the average for 1994-now I think, this is what the watercorp site saysWe're actually above average for rain this month with 11 days left in October (42.2mm vs 39.3mm), with a bit more in the rain gauge today. Which was my original point....that this is what a typical spring used to be likeYes, that's correct. The new site is more relevant given the significant climate change that has taken place across the past 50 or so years.
Looks good but lately seen the temperature drastically change on the bom over few days. Won’t believe it till I see itShould be happy with next weeks weather then
You won't be happy until we're all roasting in week long 45 degree heatwaves will youLooks good but lately seen the temperature drastically change on the bom over few days. Won’t believe it till I see it

Yes mate, I understand how climate change works. My comment basically amounted to this is what spring used to be like... hence my use of long term average. I'm not sure what point you're trying to make or that you even need to make a pointYes, the averages I used were at the current site. Rain is from 1993, temperatures from 1994.
Yes, it did until climate change intervened. It's been a sudden change in what is a short amount of time.
Seems like the same format as the BOM app, which is a big improvement on the existing websiteHave you guys seen the beta BOM website that is being tested at the moment? (is that the website you guys were arguing over?) It breaks the forecast up into hourly chunks.
Nailed the thread title. Well done GF32.
Ready for it to be in the mid 20's a little more often though now.
No doubt we will all be cursing the heat before we know it!
Speak for yourself. I finished building Lego Optimus Prime over the weekend!**** we're all boring aren't we
