Toby Greene is now out for 6 weeks

https://www.afl.com.au/news/683124

Greene's lawyer tried to get the 'uncertainty' over the penalty taken into account.
"Greene has had to live with uncertainty of his playing state, endure ongoing commentary not only of his actions but comments on his personality, has had to face his teammates and his inability to play in one of the finals games"

lol, his club requested it not be heard sooner. Nice try though.

How many weeks has Greene had in total suspensions, tried to look it up. Might be close to getting tipped out.

"Any player who accumulates a total of 16 weeks or more of suspensions over the course of his career will be automatically deregistered from the AFL, and barred from any further participation."

Has anyone ever hit that mark? Dean Solomon got 7 for his hit on Ling and surely had a few more in his Essendon time.

Not at the highest level.

Ex-AFL guys like Brian Lake and Steven Baker did go past that mark when they retired and went to play at a lower level and kept getting suspended.

Why on earth did Greene's lawyer agree it was an aggressive act?

Both the umpire involved and Greene said there was no feeling of threat or aggression. Would have thought they were in a better position to judge rather than a couple of lawyers a couple of months later

Eat sh*t Greene.

Grub of a bloke who'll end up in court post footy.
Mr Greene, this court finds you guilty of lightly bumping into a person on the street. I sentence you to life without parole.
