Meh. Considering Geelong gave Jed Bews 25 games and Dalhaus 21 games this season, I think the idea that you these young players can push out the older players is not actually something that is possible.
Yep. They have some real shit truck older players who are less deserving of an opportunity than developing youth.

And, whilst the backline was relatively stable, during the 2020 trade period they brought in Cameron, Smith and Higgins. Clark may argue wing is his best position - but no way when Geelong are topping up is he getting games ahead of Higgins or Smith.

Parfitt, Close and Henry are 23 and also had no troubles getting a game

Regional fans filthy over Melbourne fan-day premiership event costs (sen.com.au)

Thats rough.

Its like they missed out on charging people $150-500 for AFL GF tickets lets charge people $149 for a ticket or $499 for a family pass to go see the cup lol
Far out - these poor performing clubs don't get how to celebrate a premiership. I remember the Bulldogs charging people to get a photo with a cup. Not only do regional Melbourne fans need to pay to see it, but they only get to pose with a replica!

In 2018 our club took the opportunity to show the cup off wherever they could. I got my hands on it at the Vic Park Rec centre on a Thursday morning. No replica, the real deal. No cost either. That's how you share the love around.

I'm pretty sure all 4 are on display permanently at the Lobby in Lathlain as well.

Parfitt is close to the most inconsistent player in the league. Plays as a mid, has less than half his games over 20 touches. If he could put it all together consistently would rate.

Close is not any good. Not sure what value he brings.

Henry is a tall defender. Not a similar position, and I'd go so far as to say horribly overrated based on how much he's talked up.

Anyway, it's a moot point now, Geelong have been shown up again as lacking pace, and run and carry, so they didn't play one of their young guys who actually provides that so he left. **** geelong.

Yes they are, with room for the next one.

Probably prompts them to pick two mids with their first two?

They lost Cerra, but they did get Brodie and Clark in

So theoretically they have already added to their mid stocks?

With Tarberner and Lobb getting near 30 now (if Lobb hangs around) and question marks over Treacy still they could still yet go with Amiss with a high pick.

But Freo also don't like drafting key forwards high, so who knows
