But then having attempted to ask a genuine question of the freo board (about the visceral hatred of Sumich when he was applying to coach them) and the absolute abuse I copped for that (and a ban just for asking the question) I'm not actually surprised at the level of poster from there. If the mods are anything to go by on the feral scale then the average punter is just going to be scraping the bottom of the humanity barrel.

As a kid I visited East Freo oval once to see a WAFL match and never saw before or after the abuse and violence I and my mate received from a totally feral crowd as we got that day. That day gave me my opinion of freo supporters and everything I have seen or heard since has confirmed it.

Any club whose supporters vote for Dale Kickett going the violent bash in the demo derby as the clubs greatest moment (over a GF appearance, a minor premiership and two Brownlows) has some deep supporter issues.

The amount of shit they've copped from Eagles fans in their lifetime, they are very ancy about sinking the boots in when they can to boost their self esteem. Eh, it comes around very rarely, whatever makes them feel better about themselves. Must be a rough existence.
