J Lo had 5 years as an assistant coach with us and another year at Collingwood as defence coach. It shows with his tactical nous. Bell's list management has been stellar. We need to tick all the boxes in the next few years and have some luck to get back where they are now.

Frederick is a delight to watch. He is so quick, and so very hard to match up on.
I would really like to bring Petrucelli onto the half back line and train him up as a quick rebounding defender to match up on his types.
