Blah like our assistants that didn't get any credit, it was all Dimma and Melb it's all Goodwin ;)

Why does it have to be all or nothing? Just because they played a big part, doesn’t mean it was all them and not the coach.

Said to be a major force behind Dees 2021 flag.
you recognize that as a real flag ? I dont

stand rule era and their opponents werent allowed to train the week leading up to the "grand final"

Did he Actually say that Richmond is a struggling club or is that Mclures interpretation ? Don’t forget McLure still is adamant Dusty us going to Sydney to replace Buddy
Easily and correctly interpreted as his take on the Bears situation position when he was recruited for the senior coach there.

Sounds like he wants to be somewhere, he believes success is possible, rather than being in a situation where he found himself at Brisbane.

That being said I reckon he'd only throw his hat I the ring for our position if he believes we're going to be contending again, rather than staying in the bottom half of the ladder

Sam Manure couldn't lie straight in bed.

Don’t forget Gary Lyon, he is meant to be able to do the job lol. As for Leppa sounded like he was not interested to hard coaching us.

Just finished watching The Club . It has aged well !!
I say we approach Laurie Holden to take the gig . Bought the Collingwood lads together well to win the GF against Fitzroy in front of 130,000 fans at the MCG.

Classic movie , highlights the true delusion of where collingwood sit in modern football . 2 flags in 65 years .

I can guarantee that Justin leppitsch won't even be approached by the club.
Why you may ask?
Because they actually know what they're doing.
He is NOT a head coach.

whether or not Leppitsch is a fellacio instructor is irrelevant.

Jake Batchelor has been doing some coaching … wonder if we will have a look at him

If the club is committed to startnig the process at the end of the season, then thats what we do.

Sit, wait. Interview everyone. Make the call. Mini has done a great job, but from what i can tell he is basically working with Dimma's previous template with a few changes and a new voice. We need to actualyl interview a good range of alternatives to work out if that is actually the best way forward. As good as the W & L record is, the ":winning margins" we constantly have are not sustainable. Can't be winning 80+% of your games by 2 goals or less & expect to be any good

The process will start in coming weeks and finished some stage before the Grand Final where Mini will be a premiership coach lol. Jokes aside everyone Will be apart of the process and whom the panel and club believe is best then I have trust and confidence in them. I would believe many would put their hand up to coach our great club.

Without leppa uttering a word , I imagined he’s pretty comfortable being sec banana to his bff mccrae ,,,,we don’t want someone who’d question their own motivation, we want someone balls deep

Really starting to like the idea of Josh Carr as our coach, if Mini does not get it.

What do any of us know about him other than he’s an asst coach at a contender ,,,,rignt at this moment he would have to impress the absolute pants of the committee to head the pack , maybe he can , Ive never even heard the bloke talk

That's the way I'm leaning too. I think it's going to be an outsider. Just a feeling.

If we make finals or even just miss out , I see that as a pretty successful audition for mini and would only serve to underline one more of dimmas asst on track to be a qty senior coach , no asst without a track record would catapult over that audition , too many unanswered questions remaining

If that’s the case you support that mini still does the process, rather then just given the position.
