Not saying carr definetly wouldn't take the richmond job, it would be a great job to take but his wife wants to stay in Adelaide, and is not keen on moving again so if he has the choice of the tigers or a succession plan I'm thinking he will wait the extra time and take the port job.
we'll make him move her on then like dimma

Probably heard he wasn't in the race, but now that he has been with the filth..........tainted

he was never a chance

hes mental as a head coach well known through the afl community

With a big Victorian club. He wants it now not in a few years.
Are you him? You know he’s happy to leave Adelaide with his family in tow?
No offence but you nor anyone else do not know what he’s thinking. As for whether he’s the best candidate, how would any of us know that either without interviewing all those seeking the position. Trust what is an excellent selection panel.

Hope there better than our game day selection panel

Because he and his wife prefer living in Adelaide & he's a Port man would be two reasons.

The Dockers couldn't get him stay long term either as a player or an assistant coach.

This is his second stint as an assistant at Port, he coached North Adelaide after his first go around then went to Freo & returned.

That being said if old mate Hinkles gets a 2 year ext. with triggers he'll probably go.. hold me
If Richmond offer him the Job then he will take it 100%

1 of the biggest clubs in the AFL with over 100k members and $800k-$900k a year
Josh Carr is not waiting for Hinkley to finish so he can take over

If Richmond want him he is ours

All boring and now this is the song about the search for our coach:

**** that, look at what Solar Panels Pat Cummins is doing to the test team with his field placings and captaincy. We need to clone Bones MCGie and get a guy to smoke a pack a day, smash a slab in the social rooms after the game and tell all the first years to get a sleeve tatt. Flag guaranteed.

Sounds like we will be hearing alot about Mrs Carr as we did about Mrs Hardwick

Can somebody with some decent photo shop skills put up a picture of Josh carr in a Richmond Polo
shouldnt be too hard he is almost the same build as Dimma

No I am not him, that's the best thing about this website it was my view. I see it he wants to be a senior coach as in now. I can not see him wanting to wait another few years as Kenny will be signed up. So Carr and his family I am sure will talk things over and see what happens.

turn it up...

Great East Freo man...

You blokes don't actually want Carr, you just don't want King Kenny!!!! :tearsofjoy::tearsofjoy::tearsofjoy:
You'll find someone else after KK's next 3 year extension!
Jokes aside we do want Carr.

Smart, attacking, gets the best from midfielders, premiership player for the club etc. why wouldn't we want him?

Our performances at the end of games has to just a huge boost for Mini, what a turn around under him.

5 close games and in the final 5 minutes we've kicked 9 goals to 1. In fact since that Giants goal to put them up by 6 points we've kicked 9 goals to 0 in the final 5 of our close games.

Thank you to that Giants Ruck who kicked that goal, because it kickstarted something. In the 4 close games since, we haven't conceded a goal past the 5 min mark of the 4th and kicked 13 goals ourselves past the 5 min mark.

Freo: Last goal 4 mins into the last quarter
Saints: 0 goals in the last quarter
Swans: Last goal 5 mins into last quarter
Hawks: 0 goals in the last quarter

Its the classic Richmond slow start, work our way back into the game slowly and then the stranglehold until the team finally buckles. In the past that break happened sometime in the 3rd quarter which was much less stressful than the final 2 minutes, but a wins a win.
What that all tells me is that the players are engaged and responding to the coach , look at our 4thQtr efforts under dimma in last 12m

He is a wanted man, Shame we all can not have him. All the best in the finals as well more so vs Collingwood.
