What does having under 17's have to do with not filling a reserve grade side? If anything it should give you more players.
Agreed Benny. Went down to training last night too see big numbers there with a lot of last years 18s, who will be playing 2s.

Tigers 93
Eagles 15. (I hope)
Leeton 21
Nrth Wagga 9 pts.

Not necessarily, anyway time will tell, lets see how it shapes up with numbers this year. If you haven't already guessed I'm against the age change for a number of reasons but it can't be changed now

Just curious if Wagga Tigers have someone doing stats on their 2nds games? If so I wonder if the goose that wears number 13 got credited with a kick when he kicked a Hawk square in the shin from of the ground. Was funny to see him poo his pants though when the Hawks player throated him:D

Crow's were disappointing against turvey, Crows looked good in the 3rd and I thought they might steal the win . Thought turvey might have been better than what they are. Munson played well lucky for us that they all can't kick straight..

Gornall and Fraser were probably our best Schoular had another solid game, Wessing looks promising will be much better after a couple of starts. Smith and Stocton also played well...

I went out to watch tigers vs hawks. Actually thought the hawks were the better side until half time but once again hawks discipline let them down in the 3rd quarter where they give away 2 or 3 goals from free kicks when the game was still in the balance and tigers then ran away with it. The tigers seemed very well drilled and moved the ball very well at times. Mcdonald dominated for the tigers as did papworth. for the hawks roberts and grieve got alot across half back. ricky o was not up to the standard i thought, seemed very unfit. ben perkins also did not play.

Selection Selection Selection ???? slow slow slow, it looked a bit like last years reserve grade team except a little older, I didnt really think we had a chance when I read the side on Saturday.

Turvey should have one by 10 goals plus, Leeton also underdone and lacking bite on the ball.

Dean Fraser was Leetons best by far, Smith next, Gornell was serviceable but didn't set the world on fire, don't know if he is going to replace any of the 4 onballers we lost from last year, hopefully he will. Wessing the same, showed glimses but underdone, Schoular found it tough but gave us something to work on, Ben Dryburgh needs a few more games to get a feel for it after a few years off.

Turvey once again will be handy if they can kick straight, munson good pick up, Turveys achilles heel will be in the Rucking department and policy of picking players who don't train ????, that could be Leetons problem as well?

matt fife had a freakish b.o.g qafl debut for broadbeach at the wkd. quite a performance i am told. does anyone know if there is any chance he will return to the southern states in near future??

Dean Fraser must have lost some beef has he??? Was well unfit last time I saw him, was a while back now though.... Who has the best midfield when everyone is fit?
