He showed no speed at Warragul before zooming upto the leader mid race and petering on his run late to run second. It was still a good effort and he goes well here so from a wide draw looks good for a ticket. Pure Ink(4) is an exceptionally fast dog early who should set the tempo here. It cant run the trip out, but might get a big enough break to do so. Romeo Prince(1) gets his draw and has been placed in 6 of 12 here, so respect for multiples along with Fast Eddie Mac(6) who has had 32 starts here for 3 wins and 11 placings.

This greyhound has been out of sorts lately. It does have a good record at this track, but showed alot of promise early with a slashing 30.22 win here. It has not been beginning well, finding trouble and running home into honest races without troubling the judge. It does drop alot in class tonight and with the right run, should just about win this. Easiest assignment in a long time.
