Williams is turning limited opportunities into goals but we're losing his ability to move the ball and spot forwards with this open, low pressure game.

I say low pressure, but we're turning it into the usual scrap up forward with how we structure, and how we get it in there, but we did look slick in transition towards half-forward and that did open things up.

Hopefully we get a lot tidier and bring the forwards into it from forward of centre wing and inside 50. First goal suggests that's the case.

Defensively is still a huge worry, particularly at the source, and we look like we're carrying too many fatigued players. Boyd and TDK stand out there, while Cincotta and Kennedy are sometimes compounding the issue of these players with their decision making and athletic consistency respectively.

We should have destroyed them already, but hopefully we've at least got them on the ropes to land some killer blows before we run out of gas. Cincotta to midfield was a silly move given his lack of play there at VFL level in combination with his lack of economical running (again, in part due to his own read/decision making).
