Looks like guns and rooks was the way to go again. Maybe some slight adjustments down back and forward, and a fallen premo/breakout in the mids, but these mid rookies showing they are more than capable of starting on field. Don’t think I’ll ever learn
yeah i wouldnt agree with that. Ive got 7 mid-pricers in my team and am over 2200 with a half left.

I somewhat agree but there’s still a lot of argument that the mid price strategy has worked as well. Rocky, sheed, lib, newnes, worpel, cousins, Phillips etc while some forward and back rookies gave nothing at all
Yeah I agree but the backline is a mess. Just think it was better going guns and rooks with a slightly more mid price edge than previously. Forward and back 3 premos 1 midpricer. Midfield 3 premos 1-2 breakout/fallen premos. Kind of tried to go that way but got caught up in the backline “value” too much. Still not in a bad spot but there’s not really any cash gen to improve anywhere.

Yeah I get that. But if you went 3 premiums in the backline your forward line considerably suffers and we’ve seen that with guys who had Balta/Burgess on the field. Think a lot more people would have been happy to go light in the forwards and heavier I the backs if we knew Parker would light it up early as opposed to the consensus that he would be too shitty to field

How can I be dropping this much from a Freo North game?! Who the **** is worth picking from those teams?!

(Yes, I know there's a few, I'm just ranting)
A lot of people went Hayden Ballantyne as a POD forward. Na its got to be Scott on field for a lot of teams. Has got me thinking of maybe doing the same next week. Seems a jet Rookie at this stage.

I have Scott onfield and have moved from 19,500 to 14,400.
5,000 spots on his score alone. Need another 6,pts for 2,100.

Plenty would have Fyfe, Goldy & Scott.
Some with Brayshaw.

And Ballentyne. Your Bailey Scott outscored my Zerrett, and still going. I take no responsilbility for that and blame Zerrett completely. Tough decision now to hold as I really am kicking myself for taking him underdone.

So.... Seb Ross? I liked the look of him early last season so thought he'd be the way to go to start this season, albeit costing bulk $$$. Worth keeping him? He'll drop a shit ton of money this week and as he's my lowest scoring mid, hes on the block.
But I've also been stuck with the same rooks as everyone else (Balta, Burgess etc). Is it better to fix the rooks up first or erase a ***** premium from my memory before he drops to $400k?
