Having paid $890k for Crae, I can tell you he's no gun. I'd much rather have paid $100k less for Cripps/Treloar/Cogs at the start of the year!

Macrae is 100% my biggest regret in terms of players I started with, but I think having Cogs might have cost me a league win in round 2 when had that 50 odd score, and then having had a week off also wouldn't have helped. Macrae has been fairly consistent, but consistently 30 points below what I'd like.

What's Perryman's JS like...or should I not pay for the Perryman?

Solid I think!

Worst case he's dropped and you atleast get another $200k out of him when you trade him again to a ~ $170k rook (if they ever surface..).

But I do like Perryman as a pick right now. Mostly because of byes I think paying a premium for players who're getting games will be worth it.

Very easy to accomplish nothing in these upcomming rounds when you trade down to $170k rook and find yourself trading that guy a week later when he's dropped for the next $170k spud.

Young over baker yes.

Young has 1 reasonably outing in the bag so I can see him stringing a few together.
Baker is 0/1 for performances and probably gets 1 more to show something before going back to the 2's (injury list or no injury list).
