Round 10 Trades

Mids are

Swan, Boyd, Bartel, Montagna, Redden, Libba (Swallow, Smith, Weller)

Forwards are

Chapman, Pav, Knights, N Roo, JRoo, Petrie, Krak (Tapscott, Pretia, Mzungu)

Based on the PPG being minimal and could swing either way I guess the smart option would be to look at the BE's and which option potentially could save me the most.

Hi guys,

Got a few options this week which are doing my head in.

1 trade is pretty much a lock, Tapscott ---> Lynch.

Now my 2nd trade is really bugging me.

Here the trades i am hitting my head over, what are your guys thoughts?

Option 1: Higgins ----> Chappy (still not sure if i should off-load Higgins considering i have held on to him all this time? but given there is still quite a few rounds left can i afford his lack of consistancy?)

Option 2: Darling----> ROK (finishing off my forwards and leaving JRoo and Higgins).

Option 3: JRoo ----> Fyfe

Thoughts?

Get on Chappy V the Suns. Try to get Fyfe in at some stage :thumbsu:.

Seems like such a waste to offload Higgins though, but if the spud is going to constantly get injured and dish up crap then get subbed off. I guess it would be the best of the options.

If Higgins is named ill think about it, if he isn't then the trade is locked in.

Jacobs for me too, what was your other trade and why not wait until the teams are announced?

I am waiting but I gather they both are in. Especially the way Jacobs played last week in a struggling side
My first trade will be Cox in for Ryder so for the time being I will have Smith and Cox while Sandilands is injured. I have $366,000 in the bank after that trade

Wouldn't mind getting in Hodge for Boak white they are a similar price but I might wait and see after this round.

Chapman.

Avoid the byes

Would you eventually get both Fyfe and Chapman anyway, or avoid having 2 Freo players in the one line?

The thing is, I could do a straight trade Curnow for Fyfe, then switch Fyfe with Krakouer into my forward line. To get Chapman I'd have to use 2 trades, which I could do the week after.

Should I trade up Tapscott to Fyfe or Chapman? Already have Pavlich.

They are averaging about the same if your going for a league
win I would go Fyfe avoiding bye in finals.
However will Fyfes roll change when Barlow returns ?

Just food for thought....

Big guys make the little guys good, with big Sandi out for the next 4 weeks, just don't know how this is going to effect the Freo midfielders score.

option1
Atley -> I.Smith
Curnow -> Ablett

option2
Atley -> Evans
Curnow -> Pendlebury

which one guys ???

I think the first option. You can aim to then bring Pendles in after his bye in a few weeks. Plus Evans' JS is pretty iffy and the Melbourne selection committee like to ring the changes quite frequently.
