I had originally planned to cash in Treloar this week but given his 115 he's got more mooing so I think I will give him another week (unless he is rested against us) at least. Would like to pull the trigger but I figure with the lack of good cows from here on in it might be better to let the current ones fully mature lest I have to get in more rookies with JS issues than I need to.

Ellis/Morris to Birchall/Scotland I think is what I'll do instead.

Anyone think Goldstein might be a good ruck upgrade? He's had two 90's and now a big 150 score the past 3 weeks. He's only $450,000 odd. Thinking of doing Longer for Goldstein and then maybe doing something with Adam Kennedy in my mids.

Depends on when the big Mac is back! Goldstein flourishes as the solo ruck, but when duties are shared doesn't score as well.

You may have to take into account McIntosh's possible return in the next couple of weeks. His return may have an impact on Goldstein's scoring.

I was going to upgrade him but I checked SC gold now that the lock out is done and it predicts that if he hits his BE of -6 he will raise $50k his BE the following week at the moment is also 25 too.

I'm glad I got Zorko in. His BE is like -87 or something. Is that the lowest BE ever?!

Biggest BE ever was John Coleman back in '49 -kicked 12 in his first game. BE going into rd 3 was -467. This was about 5 years after the internet was invented, fortunately - though back then the HeraldSun wasn't the HeraldSun just The Sun.

This was also the era of reliable key forwards, which has now gone the way of the dinosaurs.

Priddas could be good, but I think Priddis from West Coast could be better. However, Pridus from the Eagles might be a better go - either him or Piddrus from Perth should preform. Hoaresley is a dead-set keeper and should be kept, me thinks.

Probably going to go Sidebottom, i've been waiting for him to drop a game but it doesnt seem to happen, with GC and Melbourne in the next 2 weeks, its doubtful it will happen again. 600k is more than I ever expected to spend on him though.
