I honestly think we are best to just do mass cuts & just rebuild a makeshift team via Unrestricted Free Agency - our list looks that bad. just hammer the unrestricted free agent pool for better top ups/players - poach Stengle & Markov back for kicks, maybe bring B.Ellis back too, free him of Dimma's germs. Maybe just eat it and slightly overpay to get Taberner to provide a genuine target.

Even if we are overpaying people on 2 year contracts, just get better players in that will cost us nothing in trade/draft assets & improve the team so we aren't going to lose by 150 points each week. List is that bad.
