AFL Media hinting it may be Bourke & Beasley.

Bourke played all his Jnr footy as a Forward, and at this stage he would be a better option forward than Hammelmann.
If this is what happens & McStay is back, then maybe as a Defender ?

My impression is that Whiting usually gets pretty solid info from the club, so I'd say Bourke and Beasley are more likely.

Bourke will play forward imo. He'll play close to goals though. Beasley might very well play forward. Both spent some of their time in the juniors there.

Yeah, I can't see why we'd be upgrading two rookies to play a position they aren't playing at NEAFL level when we have exactly the same forwards available last week, if not more, and kicked a reasonable enough score after a huge number of injuries.

If we were going to move him back to the forward line, I think we would've done it last week. No point in confusing him when he's starting to settle into his role.

Hopefully Beasley can play forward this week. Play him as a traditional FF no one will be able to keep up with him on a short burst lead. I hate modern footy strategies that doesn't allow someone to play out of the square.

Wasn't at all suggesting Andrews plays forward. My originally post said Bourke/Beasley should as they both spent time there as juniors.
