The question does have to be asked after watching this sh*te - does Clarko have the will to do it all again and is he the right person to do it all again. Some serous questions need to be asked of our club during the remaining weeks of the season.
Ultimately we are a suburban Melbourne club, shielded from whispers of merging/re-locating over the years etc simply because of our success.
Once that winning aura goes, and it has for been gone for a few years now, we are vulnerable in that respect.
Not panic stations yet but we need to be very careful.

I'm re-evaluating that mate, I think he's just not the brightest little light bulb - so it's see ball get ball and follow ball - no thought at all.

Yeah he doesn't have natural game smarts. He just has a knack of being where the ball is. Worries about how to use it after he gets it.

Hard to criticise him for that - he's working his ass off I guess. But it stops him being the absolute superstar most other clubs have. Doesn't have the footy IQ of the top liners, or the execution skills. But he's a ball magnet.
